A permanent epoxy flake floor — ground down, sealed, and topped with polyaspartic. Built to take hot tires, oil, and whatever else the garage throws at it. Installed across the Treasure Valley, from Boise and Meridian to Nampa, Kuna and Eagle.
The kits at the hardware store are a thin coat of paint rolled onto bare concrete — they lift off with hot tires in a year. We grind the slab open with a diamond grinder so the coating bonds into the concrete, then build it up in layers. About 20 mils thick. It doesn't peel.
We open the concrete's pores so the coating locks in mechanically — the single thing that separates a floor that lasts from one that peels.
An epoxy base coat, then vinyl flake broadcast across the entire floor by hand until it's fully covered. That's the look you're buying.
A clear, UV-stable wear layer over everything. This is what shrugs off hot tires, oil, chemicals, and impact — and keeps its color.

Two days of work. Day one we prep and lay the floor and flake, day two we come back and put the clear topcoat down. You can walk on it the next day and park on it about 48 hours after that — you'll be back in your garage within the week.
No — and it's all about the prep. Those kits get rolled onto bare or acid-etched concrete and lift off. We diamond-grind the slab so the coating bonds into the concrete, not just onto it.
The flake gives it natural texture, so it has grip even when wet. Want more? We can add an anti-slip grit to the topcoat.
That's exactly what the polyaspartic topcoat is built for. Oil and spills sit on top — wipe them up whenever. Hot tires won't lift it.
